By submitting a service request through our website or visiting our office, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide DMV-related services including but not limited to: new plates and registration, registration renewals, plate transfers, title transfers, duplicate titles, surrender of plates, address changes, registration replacements, and custom plates. We act as an authorized intermediary and are not an official agency of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
3. Service Fees
Our service fees are in addition to any fees charged by the New York State DMV. All fees will be communicated to you before processing begins. Service fees are non-refundable once processing has started unless we are unable to complete the requested service due to an error on our part.
4. Document Submission
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible documents. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation. All documents submitted through our website are transmitted securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Processing Times
While we strive to provide same-day service, processing times may vary depending on DMV requirements, document completeness, and service volume. We do not guarantee specific completion dates unless explicitly stated.
6. Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information provided to us is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application and forfeiture of any fees paid.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mamun Multi Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid for the specific transaction in question.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Requests may be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund of our service fee. Once processing has begun, service fees are non-refundable. DMV fees that have already been submitted cannot be refunded through us — you must contact the DMV directly.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
