By submitting a service request through our website or visiting our office, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide DMV-related services including but not limited to: new plates and registration, registration renewals, plate transfers, title transfers, duplicate titles, surrender of plates, address changes, registration replacements, and custom plates. We act as an authorized intermediary and are not an official agency of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.

3. Service Fees

Our service fees are in addition to any fees charged by the New York State DMV. All fees will be communicated to you before processing begins. Service fees are non-refundable once processing has started unless we are unable to complete the requested service due to an error on our part.

4. Document Submission

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible documents. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation. All documents submitted through our website are transmitted securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Processing Times

While we strive to provide same-day service, processing times may vary depending on DMV requirements, document completeness, and service volume. We do not guarantee specific completion dates unless explicitly stated.

6. Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information provided to us is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application and forfeiture of any fees paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mamun Multi Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid for the specific transaction in question.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Requests may be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund of our service fee. Once processing has begun, service fees are non-refundable. DMV fees that have already been submitted cannot be refunded through us — you must contact the DMV directly.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By checking the SMS consent box on a service request form, you agree to receive text messages from Mamun Multi Service LLC at the mobile number you provide. The program sends service-related messages only: status updates on your request, requests for missing documents, and appointment or pickup details. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

• Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us.
• Message frequency varies based on the status of your request.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel or affect your service request; we will contact you by phone or email instead. Your mobile number, opt-in record, and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
